About Our Ingredients
Pioneer Natural Soap Company uses nothing but 100% natural ingredients as much as we possibly can with respect to human, plant, and animal life, our products are tested on ourselves, friends and family before we sell them to the public. We hand package and label all of our products with recycled papers, inks and recycleable materials.
All of our shopping bags are recycled materials and can be recycled again by you. We encourage recycleing of all packaging prodcuts. We are a cruelty free company and never use ingredients or protuct that have been used in animal testing.

Shipping, Substitutions & Returns
We use the USPS Flat Rate shipping program with a small handling fee figured in when you check out in Pay Pal. Remember that Pay Pal will give you the total shipping & handling cost when paying for your purchase. If you are doing a large order that will not fit into a 12x12x5" flat rate box or you are unsure please call us for an estimate if you have questions. We do take phone orders in person. We will be more that happy to accomodate your needs.

It is our policy to let customers know as soon as possible if we are out of an item so you can make a substitution acceptable and compatible with what you need. We strive to make a difference for the inconvenience and make our customer happy.
It is also our strict policy not to accept liberally used product returns of any bar soaps, liquid soaps, lotions or creams that are partially used or old product that has not been exchanged or returned in a timely manner due to sanitary issues this also includes half burned candles and packages of incense. We will however accept a return of unused product or gladly exchange it for you with something more suitable to your liking.
