Pioneer Natural Soap Company uses nothing but 100% natural ingredients as much as we possibly can with respect to human, plant, and animal life, our products are tested on ourselves, friends and family before we sell them to the public. We hand package and label all of our products with recycled papers, inks and recyclable materials.
All of our shopping bags are recycled materials and can be recycled again by you. We encourage recycling of all packaging products. We are a cruelty free company and never use ingredients or product that have been used in animal testing.Shipping, Substitutions & Returns
We use the USPS Flat Rate shipping program with a small handling fee figured in when you check out in Pay Pal. Remember that Pay Pal will give you the total shipping & handling cost when paying for your purchase. If you are doing a large order that will not fit into a 12x12x5" flat rate box or you are unsure please call us for an estimate if you have questions. We always like to take phone orders in person and talking with our customers. We will be more that happy to acomodate your needs.
It is our policy to let customers know as soon as possible if we are out of an item so you can make a substitution acceptable and compatible with what you need. We will accept a return of unused product or gladly exchange it for you with something more suitable to your liking within a reasonable time.

The shop
We have been making handmade natural soap and body care products for over 13 years. I researched and experimented for over a year to come up with our soap recipe that friends and family loved and wanted all of the time and so it grew into a little business. Our soaps are made with pure high quality natural vegan oils of olive, palm kernel, and others with Shea butter and other wonderful rich ingredients that are moisturizing and emollient. Occasionally we have organics available also, our soap is made in small individual batches at a time using the cold process method to ensure quality then we hand cut, and trim each bar and age them for 4-6 weeks at a time to cure them to a nice hard bar then wrapping each bar creating a lovely handmade bar of soap for those with sensitive skin care needs or just for those who love the natural herbal and handmade soaps.
